The ICC has announced the arrest of Vladimir Putin for committing war crimes in Ukraine but i have not seen any sitting president being arrested by the order of ICC before probably because their arrest has never been ordered i don’t know. But i will like to be informed how Putin would be arrested. Is it possible to arrest him in his country where he has security protecting him, how?
