Suspected g+nmen have k+lled three people and abd¥cted a Catholic priest alongside at least 10 others during a fresh att@ck on Karku community in Kauru Local Government Area of Kaduna State.
The att@ck occurred in the early hours of Saturday, at about 3:20 a.m., at the residence of Rev. Fr. Nathaniel Asuwaye, the parish priest of Holy Trinity Catholic Church, Karku, under the Catholic Diocese of Kafanchan.
The Chancellor of the Diocese, Rev. Fr. Jacob Shanet, said the att@ckers, described by residents as terr+rists, arrived in an organised manner and overran the community. He confirmed that three residents Mr. Jacob Dan’azumi, Mr. Maitala Kaura and Alhaji Kusari were k+lled in the att@ck.
