Gunmen on Wednesday night killed two vigilantes in Ta-Hoss community, Riyom Local Government Area (LGA) of Plateau State.
Residents of the community said the victims were attacked around 10 p.m. while they were keeping watch over their community.
The deceased were identified as Davou Dalyop Patu, 48, and Dalyop Zaram, 38, and both described as active members of the local vigilante group dedicated to protecting the community.
