
All Progressives Congress (APC) has announced plans to inaugurate its 2026 National Convention Central Coordination Committee on Wednesday, February 25, 2026.
This was announced on Monday in a statement through Felix Morka, National Publicity Secretary of the APC.
The inauguration ceremony is scheduled to hold at 2:00 p.m. at the NWC Hall, APC National Secretariat, Abuja, as part of preparations for the party’s forthcoming National Convention.
Former Katsina State Governor and former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Rt. Hon. Aminu Bello Masari, will chair the committee.
Former Senate President, Senator Anyim Pius Anyim, has been appointed Vice Chairman I, while the Chairman of the Nigeria Governors’ Forum and Governor of Kwara State, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq, will serve as Vice Chairman II.
The Chairman of the Progressive Governors’ Forum and Governor of Imo State, Hope Uzodimma, will serve as Treasurer. Governor of Yobe State, Mai Mala Buni, has been appointed Secretary of the Committee.
According to the party, the full list of leaders and members of the committee remains as earlier published.
The committee is expected to coordinate activities leading to what the party anticipates will be a peaceful and successful 2026 National Convention.
