Everything you need to know
- Foo Fighters are set to perform their first headline gig at Anfield Stadium on Thursday, June 25. The highly-anticipated show comes as an amber weather warning is in place for Liverpool. The warning is from midnight on Wednesday, June 24 until 11.59pm on Thursday, June 25.
- Ahead of the show, Liverpool FC has shared some advice for fans to stay safe before and during the show. Tap water will be free for fans throughout the stadium to keep people hydrated.
- Fans are able to take in a sealed 500ml bottle of water into the stadium. Free water will be available at the bars and kiosks inside Anfield. There will also be refreshments, including soft drinks, that fans can buy.
- Although tempting, fans should not arrive before the doors are due to open as there is limited shade available in the immediate vicinity of the stadium.
- Fans should apply sunscreen before heading into Anfield. Although fans can not bring it into the stadium, sunscreen will be provided at stations inside Anfield. Take a look at the NHS website for further information on keeping safe in the sun.
