The BBC mentions four Chelsea transfer targets one being 26-cap Turkish international

The BBC have mentioned four Chelsea transfer targets, with one of them being a 26-cap Turkish international star.

Chelsea aren’t expected to be too busy in the winter transfer market, with most of the focus being on the summer transfer window.

EXCLUSIVE! Chelsea have been offered the chance to sign a former Premier League midfielder!

However, there was some mention yesterday that if Chelsea sense an opportunity to get one of their summer targets in the door early, as in this month, then they would certainly be looking to do that if they can.

There has already been three main positions mentioned that Chelsea are looking to improve in, and now, in another report from The BBC, there are three names mentioned who Chelsea are looking to sign.

I think most will agree that Chelsea still need to add new players in the spine of the team, so through the middle in all positions. But most would rather see proven and more experienced players come through the door now at Chelsea – I don’t think that is going to happen unfortunately.

The BBC report that Rennes defender Jeremy Jacquet is among those admired, while the Blues have been tracking Juventus forward Kenan Yildiz, although other unnamed options will also be considered. Chelsea have been linked with St Etienne striker Djylian N’Guessan, but he is a target for sister club Strasbourg in France.

Mainoo still there too

Manchester United midfielder Kobbie Mainoo has been linked with Chelsea a lot, and he’s still being linked now.

The report goes on to say that Chelsea are also known admirers of Mainoo, who has fewer than 18 months remaining on his contract at Old Trafford, with options in midfield to potentially be considered if Romeo Lavia continues to struggle with injury.
