A Nigerian housekeeper was arrested in Benghazi, Libya, on Sunday, February 8, 2026, for allegedly ste@ling 98,000 Libyan dinars from her employer.

According to Libya Observer, she took the money from her employer’s home and is now in custody as authorities continue their investigation into the incident.
