Hmm… i think reporting to the principal or proprietor will be too fast and might make the teacher to loose his/her job
If you can just visit the school, just pretend as if you don’t know what is going on, complain to the teacher that your nephew is always complaining that someone use to eat his lunch. If this does not work out and your nephew is still complaining, then go ahead and report to the school authorities.
