Zimbabwe has announced the immediate and indefinite suspension of all raw mineral and lithium concentrate exports, citing allegations of malpractice and revenue leakages within the sector.
The Mines Ministry said the decision is guided by national interest, with authorities aiming to strengthen in-country value addition, improve regulatory compliance, and enhance accountability across the extractives industry.
