It’s justice. They should have just done it in the right way for him to be in prison direct or he should pay a fine. What he posted was really bad and not ok at all.
He has learnt his lesson, He will not do such again having known the consequences. It is not a reason to release him. The law will determine the conditions and grounds of his release. It is not a civil matter. Libel is a crime.
Let the court decide and has he tender an apology to the cele girl?
