Namibia’s ICT Minister Emma Theofelus is just 29 years old. She first entered government as Deputy ICT Minister at only 23, becoming one of Africa’s youngest senior public officials.
Namibia is clearly placing its future in the hands of young, capable leadership, even as other countries continue to recycle the same political faces.
