I personally quite like the new away kit designs according to the latest leaks for the 2026/27 season, but many will not.
It’s always going to be the case though for any new kit launch. You will always see them splitting opinions of the mass fan base around the world.

We all like different things and different designs. But personally, I think this new design, if the leaks are correct of course, is pretty safe.
New kit leaks
It’s always best to wait until the kit is actually released officially of course to see the exact design, or if this leak is even close, but these images below are the alleged new Chelsea away kit leaks for the 2026/27 season.
The leaks are being reported by X account esvaphane, so we will just have to wait and see whether they are correct or not.
I quite like it. It’s pretty basic but also has some subtle little designs on there which are a bit unique. I can see it going down quite well, but then I am just a big fan of black kits in general anyway, especially with a yellow trim.
In other news today…
There’s also a load more speculation around the future of Cole Palmer, with the Manchester United noise just not disappearing. Palmer, like Fernandez, is obviously pretty disgruntled with things at the club right now.
Former Chelsea striker Tony Cascarino has joined in on that debate as well and give his opinion on what Palmer needs to do to become successful.
