Axel Disasi joined West Ham United on loan for the rest of the season, as a deal was sealed on transfer deadline day.
It’s nice to see that Axel Disasi made a move during the January transfer window. He may not have been the best but he always played his heart out for Chelsea.
Chelsea have wished Disasi well as he continues his campaign at the London Stadium.
