300k is a reasonable pay in most parts of Nigeria but for places like Lagos, Abuja and portharcourt where the cost of living is quite high. If he doesn’t reside in any of the aforementioned places then I see no reason why he should leave. He just needs to be prudent. There are many people earning below that amount and residing in those aforementioned places and they are doing fine.
