<p>Support Payables Systems (Including SAP ERP) from the functional standpoint, including systems upgrades, enhancements and maintenance. Serve as a focal point with IT (Information Technology) organization and Payables for clients or third parties using P2P systems.</p>

<p>Responsible for Client relationships, understanding processes and requirements. Generating proposals delivering support to developers finalizing with the implementation of new functions or technologies.<br>

<li>Work with IT Teams and support the projects for Accounts Payables Module. This includes leading the projects from business to identify opportunities for process improvement in the areas with recurrent processes or system errors and propose innovative solutions.</li>
<li>Support ‘Projects & Technology’ BVMs to define support model, lead business process changes, contribute in controls catalogs and decision records reviews, develop and deliver communications to impacted users on behalf of the project, participate in testing and training activities.</li>
<li>Ensure appropriate management of systems changes to avoid business impact (e.g.: endorse move to production, review automated tests, perform regression testing and participate in Disaster Recovery Tests) </li>
<li>Troubleshoot and provide resolution for the day to day system issues raised by Payables Users<br>

<u><b>Skills and Qualifications</b></u></p>

<li>Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience into FI.</li>
<li>Bachelors or Master’s degree with Finance or Engineering background with minimum 6.0 GPA or equivalent from a recognized university.</li>
<li>Knowledge on vendor account group, invoice posting & open item reports.</li>
<li>Automatic payment program setup.</li>
<li>Manual payment process.</li>
<li>Payment approval process, roles setup is required.</li>
<li>Manual and electronic bank reconciliation (EBS- based on this communication is sent to bank through files (DME or IDOC).</li>
<li>2 way and 3 way match payment process.</li>
<li>Good interface knowledge.</li>
<li>Knowledge on rules setup for VIM workflow & Idea on defining roles in VIM.</li>
<li>DP document process configuration in VIM (Important).</li>
<li>PTP process with SAP MM integration.</li>
<li>PO and Non PO invoice processing knowledge.</li>
<li>PO and non PO blocking reason setup and parking process.</li>
<li>Knowledge on maintaining chart of authority.<br>
