Why is there a segment of older Nigerians that seem to rebuttal that the arguments against english are equal to arguments against learning another African language
I see this a lot on Quora and it’s a bit annoying like they go through so many hoops to explain why english forever but their arguments hold no real ground when you take them at their substances any argument you can make in favour of english can be made for another language and lets be honest Learning english or being a english speaking state so far has not been the automatic journey for greatness, nor has it exactly unified people to some degree it seems to have separated people
