We won’t stop Yoruba agitation even if Tinubu wins – Akintoye

 

A Pan-Yoruba freedom group, Ilana Omo Oodua has reaffirmed its commitment to pursuing Yoruba Nation till it succeeds. The group said the agitation will continue even if Tinubu emerges.

Professor Banji Akintoye is the leader of Ilana Omo Oodua, a self-determination group agitating for the actualisation of Yoruba Nation.

Bola Tinubu hails from South-West Nigeria, he is the presidential candidate of the ruling All Progressives Congress, APC, a former Senator of the Federal Republic of Nigeria and Two-term Governor of Lagos State.

According to Tinubu, he said he can only have his fair shot at the 2023 Election, saying if he misses this opportunity, it might be bygones for his lifelong pursuit to presidency.

Then what should their agitation be based on?
I see no reason why they should be agitating when their own has held the number one position of this country
