British American Tobacco POLAND has an exciting opportunity for a SUPPLY CHAIN INNOVATION PLANNER in WARSAW
What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?
- Supply Chain functional expert for the planning and executional stage of NPI (New Product Introduction) project delivery, including MCSP (Manufacturing Contingency Sourcing Plan) management.
- Design and implement clear direction and management for phase in phase out (PIPO) for each NPI Project as well as MCSP materials, focusing on cost reduction and timely delivery.
- Support the adoption and implementation of digital transformation initiatives (NPI tools, Write off report, Power BI, and other online tools) for the region / assigned area as well as facilitate MSCP PIPO management
- Facilitate and explore process simplification and continuous improvement working with Area, DRBU, Regional VSE, and SNO Transformation team
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Responsible for driving MCSP write off cost reduction by timely provision and interpretation of reports, providing regional visibility of MCSP write off exposure and mitigation initiatives, continuously monitoring and reassessing outcomes
- Act as a Key User ensuring that all MCSP PIPO processes, procedures and systems functionality are agreed and adhered to per the Operating model and strategies as defined globally.
- Drive customer satisfaction and excellence in performance, by effective planning and building strong relationships. Taking an end-to-end view to enable best business decisions to be made in the End Market and within Plan
- Establish robust working relationships, managing requirements and expectations within the integrated Regional supply chain (end to end), to ensure speed to market, reliability and cost effective and continuously improving services.
What are we looking for?
- 1-3 years across Planning, Logistic, NPI (Manufacturing & Commercial experience would be an advantage)
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Very good analytical and digital skills
- Good Supply Chain knowledge (process, metrics)
- Strong knowledge in IWS, CI tools, and agile concept
- Evidence of leadership capabilities, for example:
- University degree (Supply Chain related major could be an advantage)
Beneficial
- Experience with ERP / Planning systems.
- Experience in the planning and management of new product introduction (phase in) and end of product life cycle (phase out)
- FMCGs experience
