<ul>
<li>Supplier Performance (SP) Analyst is responsible for execution of the Supplier Performance Management (SPM) processes</li>
<li>The SP Analyst makes sure that the necessary performance of suppliers are captured in the Supplier Intelligence Platform (SIP)</li>
<li>The SPM Analyst will support in development, maintenance and distribution of SPM analytics used to interpret feedback results internally within and external to EM</li>
<li>The SPM Analyst will interface with the other Global Sourcing Analysts, Procurement leads / advisors, Category Managers & other stakeholders to identify opportunity areas and to manage the continuous improvement of SP intelligence</li>
<li>The SP Analyst will be responsible for ensuring that feedback contributors (both internal and external to ExxonMobil) provide timely and appropriate feedback<br>

<p>The below responsibilities and duties will be carried out in a timely fashion by the SP Analyst</p>

<ul>
<li>Identify & create new opportunities area for SPM process implementation</li>
<li>Seek opportunities to streamline processes, enhance data collection, and leverage technology for improved efficiency</li>
<li>Analyze and interpret data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement</li>
<li>Utilize data analysis tools and interpretation skills to derive meaningful insights from SPM data</li>
<li>Gather and consolidate supplier performance data from Leads/ Advisors/Managers of Project, Procurement & Technical functions</li>
<li>Review and accept feedback into Supplier Intelligence Platform (SIP)</li>
<li>Collaborate with Category Managers for updated performance of SRM suppliers</li>
<li>Manage feedback requests received from stakeholders</li>
<li>Present SPM related findings and recommendations to management, procurement teams, and cross-functional departments.</li>
<li>Continuously evaluate and enhance supplier performance management processes, tools, and methodologies</li>
<li>Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging trends in supplier performance management<br>

<b>Skills and Qualifications</b></p>

<ul>
<li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering </li>
<li>At least 2 years of experience in Engineering, Procurement or Supplier Performance Management</li>
<li>Preferred experience in the Manufacturing industry (Preferably Oil & Gas, Power, EPC)</li>
<li>Proven problem-solving and analytical abilities including pattern detection, root cause analysis, and issue resolution</li>
<li>Able to work in an evolving and fast-paced environment and adjust to multiple priorities and timelines</li>
<li>Effective presentation, communication, interpersonal and planning skills</li>
<li>Effectively collaborate & influence global stakeholders</li>
<li>Ability to network across Up, Downstream and Procurement organizations, influencing without authority</li>
<li>Ability to work across all equipment and materials technical disciplines</li>
<li>Ability to identify and drive work process updates to improve effectiveness in capturing business value</li>
<li>General knowledge of:
<ul>
<li>Project practices as it relates to procurement via EPCs</li>
<li>Procurement and sourcing processes</li>
</ul>
</li>
<li>Proficient in Microsoft Office software suite (Outlook, Word, Excel & PowerPoint)</li>
<li>Read, write, and speak fluent English, especially as it applies to technical and business communications</li>
