Former presidential candidate of the African Action Congress, AAC, Omoyele Sowore, has arrived at the Ikeja under bridge in Lagos State to lead the EndBadGovernance protest scheduled to hold today, Tuesday.
The human rights activist was seen alongside a crowd of protesters wielding placards, demanding an end to the nation’s economic crisis.
DAILY POST reports that Sowore, who is one of the organisers of the protest had scheduled a nationwide protest on October 1 to further demand a solution to the growing economic crisis plaguing the nation.
The protest is scheduled to hold in the 36 states and the Federal Capital Territory, FCT, while the nation marks its 64th Independence Day anniversary.
