<li>Lead collaborative projects with engineers and operators on global teams to assess field performance and production optimization</li>
<li>Lead regular cross disciplinary discussions with reservoir, facilities, wells, & operations to identify opportunities for debottlenecking, operations schedule optimization</li>
<li>Champion effective production optimization by proactively engaging with stakeholders to address challenges, deliver solutions and process improvements</li>
<li>Lead periodic assessments of field production optimization health </li>
<li>Lead value-driven prioritization and support execution activities to reinstate offline volumes and debottleneck active wells & facilities</li>
<li>Conduct screening economic evaluations for well intervention, stimulation opportunities</li>
<li>Influence and drive prioritization of proprietary production engineering technology</li>
<li>Develop technical capabilities of team members through training and mentoring to build production engineering capabilities</li>

<li>Bachelor's or Master's degree from a recognized university in petroleum /chemical/ mechanical/other relevant engineering disciplines with minimum GPA 7.0</li>

<li>Production well testing and allocation principles</li>
<li>Network modeling and facilities operations</li>
<li>Well design, completion, and stimulation technologies</li>

</ol>

<li>Experience in production surveillance, troubleshooting and optimization of well and field performance</li>
<li>Strong analytical skills to evaluate critical operating parameters through data and trend analysis</li>
