<li>SAP HCM Payroll Professional (IT) – Providing Functional consulting support to client on SAP HCM Payroll module with hands on experience. </li>
<li>Working with Project team and vendor to support the Payroll project implementation.</li>
<li>Evaluate and clarify the existing Payroll configuration in collaboration with the vendor to facilitate the implementation of a new design.</li>
<li>Demonstrated Communication skills in Customer/Stakeholder/Vendor facing environment</li>

<li>Working with business and technical team to investigate the current configuration (rules, schemas, SAP functions, ABAP programs) in SAP HCM for payroll countries in Americas and West Europe and explain to vendor for new system implementation.</li>
<li>Investigate issues, providing technical explanation in case the testing result is different between new system and existing system during Testing Phase</li>
<li>Provide Technical & Functional consultation and configuration for SAP in global organization as per requirement for example.</li>
<li>Configuration of Payroll Rule, Schema</li>
<li>New Wage type configuration and calculation</li>
<li>Legal report configuration</li>
<li>Tax/SI configuration based on country specific.</li>
<li>Standard Payroll report configuration </li>
<li>Account Posting configuration.</li>
<li>Validate the change, maintain the change management process with Business approval</li>
<li>Provide resolution of incidents/problems for the client</li>
<li>Monitoring and fix defect to support business</li>
</ul>
