Samsung Galaxy Enhance-X Gets Update, Brings Camera Shift Feature

Samsung has released a new update to its Galaxy Enhance-X image editing app. This app version brings a convenient feature called Camera Switch, which allows you to change the camera angle of images you have already captured. So, if you think the perspective of an image isn’t looking right, you can correct it using the Camera Shift feature.

Galaxy Enhance-X app makes it easier to change image perspective and camera angles

The Galaxy Enhance-X app’s new version (2.0.67) is now available on the Galaxy Store and has a download size of 166.21MB. It introduces a new feature called Camera Switch, which lets you change an image’s perspective or camera angle. For example, if you think your picture looks like it was taken from an upright angle, you can use the new feature to edit it so that the image will no longer look that way. You can change the height of the camera position or its angle. You can also make it look like the photo was captured with the phone’s camera upside down.

When you click the Camera Switch button, you can see three options: Camera Switch (on the left), Height, and Tilt. The Camera Switch button lets you choose between regular and upside-down camera angles. With the Height slider, you can adjust the height from which the image was captured. Using the Tilt slider, you can change the camera’s vertical angle. Using this feature, you can make the person in the photo look thinner. Unfortunately, the Camera Switch feature only works with images with a person’s entire body visible.

All these changes can be adjusted using image perspective options like straighten, rotate, horizontal, and vertical angle sliders, available in almost all image editing apps, including Samsung’s own Photo Editor section in the Gallery app. However, the company has made understanding and adjusting those angles easier with the Camera Switch feature in the Galaxy Enhance-X app.

More advanced image editing options have been introduced with the Galaxy AI feature on the Galaxy S24 series, and you can check them out in our in-depth video below.
