<p class="wordsection1"><span style="color:#000000">The Quality Engineer provide key support to develop and execute Quality Surveillance plans, Quality programs, procedures and tools to manage Quality across the various stages of project(s). Provide Quality discipline input to Project Organization Plan and manage staffing of Quality Source Inspection personnel. Prepare and maintain Project Quality Plan, Surveillance Programs, quality procedures and tools and ensure their successful implementation across the project</span></p>

<li class="wordsection1"><span style="color:#000000"><span>Maintain ongoing communication with assigned Quality Coordinators (i.e., Procurement Quality Coordinator, Site Quality Coordinator)</span></span></li>
<li class="wordsection1"><span style="color:#000000"><span>Perform Engineering, Procurement and Construction Quality Surveillance of EPC </span>activities.</span></li>
<li class="wordsection1"><span style="color:#000000"><span>Manage resolution to quality issues utilizing approved deficiency reporting and tracking </span>procedures.</span></li>
<li class="wordsection1"><span style="color:#000000"><span>Develops, Monitors and Reports metrics to identify, investigate and resolve quality issues.</span></span></li>
<li class="wordsection1"><span style="color:#000000"><span>Develop and Participate in project audit program </span></span></li>
<li class="wordsection1"><span style="color:#000000"><span>Participate in Supplier Evaluations (Technical) and Cold Eyes Reviews</span></span></li>

<p class="wordsection1"><b>Skills and Qualifications</b></p>

<li class="wordsection1CxSpMiddle">Bachelor degree in Engineering from a recognized university scoring CGPA 6.0 and above</li>
<li class="wordsection1CxSpMiddle">At least 7 years of experience in responsible roles in Quality Management and coordination of quality surveillance / inspection activities for projects in the Oil and Gas Industry</li>
<li class="wordsection1CxSpMiddle">Qualification / certification in auditing and in inspection disciplines is preferred</li>
<li class="wordsection1CxSpMiddle">Experience with auditing quality management systems is preferred.</li>
<li class="wordsection1CxSpMiddle">Experience with Contractors and Suppliers of materials, equipment and fabrications involved in production facilities projects</li>
<li class="wordsection1CxSpMiddle">Experience working in Quality Management and coordination of quality activities for projects in the Oil and Gas Industry</li>
<li class="wordsection1CxSpMiddle">Preferred experience with project mechanical completions processes and documentation for operations turnover</li>
<li class="wordsection1CxSpMiddle">Must be proficient in common PC software</li>
<li class="wordsection1CxSpMiddle">Read, write and speak fluent English</li>
