<li>Supports LVC in maintaining ensuring accurate product data within our product management system.</li>
<li>Follows relevant processes and coordinates assessments to ensure regulatory and claims data are compliant and manages timely updates.</li>

<ul>
<li>Support the Product Management and Integrity System (ProMIS) enabling the central management of lubricant product formulations, raw material specifications, performance claims.</li>
<li>Ensure accurate, effective, and timely updates into ProMIS system:</li>
<li>Formulation Introductions and Changes (product, raw material and formulation updates): Requires potential interface with EMRE Products Technology Development, Products Technology Deployment / BSA Technical, MBU Technical, Procurement, Operations and Suppliers.</li>
<li>Performance & Quality claims: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Brand Approval process and product performance and testing requirements for specific lines of business</li>
<li>Product Stewardship: Maintain Link with Product Stewardship team on key ProMIS interfaces, including coordination of MSDS reviews & updates required for ProMIS product & formulation changes.</li>
<li>Raw Materials Specifications & Variations: Interface with EMRE Products Technology Development, Products Technology Deployment, Technical, Procurement and Suppliers to manage component introductions and changes, as well as quality variation issues.</li>
<li>Support Claims management / Claims Review: Maintain centralized product performance claim documentation</li>
<li>Conduct ECR (Engineering Change Record) Analysis and planning</li>
<li>Ensure all activities conform to the expectations set forth in the BPIMS Framework</li>
<li>Conduct regulatory compliance management and case resolution</li>
<li>Identify opportunities for ECR sequencing, process/system improvement opportunities</li>

<li>Ability to understand broader business objectives/priorities, knowledge of product lifecycle processes and basic formulation knowledge desirable</li>
<li>1-3 years with data input/integrity systems (manufacturing/claims Management Information Systems — Experience with “ProMIS” (Product “ProMIS” (Product Management Information System) system experience ideal</li>
<li>Management of change experience preferred</li>
</ul>
