<li>Owns the E&PS Portfolio of IT Products including SharePoint Sites and SharePoint based collaboration, process automation solutions (Websites, Forms, and Workflows), Access based tools, and Power Apps</li>
<li>Executes process improvement projects and the contact with the business</li>
<li>Executes successful implementation and sustainment of Citizen IT based projects </li>
<li>The leads are not expected to “do” everything as development, but rather, act as a developer who “understands” everything and can propose solutions </li>
<li>Capable of owning any aspect of product development while also effectively communicating with all members of the application stack </li>

<li>Manage project deliverables, and ensure they are timely completed / delivered through interfacing with IT</li>
<li>Communicate project progress to steering committee and other key stakeholders</li>
<li>Define as is and to be business process, business process redesign and associated change management</li>
<li>Proactively identify the need for automation, bring process efficiencies by applying best practices </li>
<li>Develop, maintain, and steward an integrated project change plan across IT, the business, and external resource dependencies</li>
<li>Work closely with SME’s to define product roadmap, vision and direction for all products within the portfolio, identify white space and opportunities for product enhancements and Process automation</li>
<li>Own the development process by proactively reaching out to SMEs to identified enhancements, do requirement gathering, and ensure all development work is actioned in an expeditious way</li>
<li>Grows personal skills in each domain (front-end, back-end, & infrastructure) </li>
<li>Apply fixes to existing code or contribute small features to application as required</li>
<li>Understands basic semantics and structure of HTML, SQL, CSS, JS </li>
<li>Develop simple web services and APIs using the technology of choice</li>
<li>Involves web accessibility best practices from the beginning </li>
<li>Manages the source code of the solution created</li>

<li>Should have a Bachelor degree with minimum 7 CGPA </li>
<li>Minimum 3 years’ experience required</li>
<li>Experience with SharePoint with both on-premises and online </li>
<li>Experience with SharePoint with Nintex forms and workflows</li>
<li>Hands-on experience on writing the code using Java Script Object Mode l(JSOM) or Client side object model (CSOM)</li>
