Nobody could have pulled off what Trump did – Actor Sylvester Stallone – The Sun Nigeria

Legendary Hollywood actor Sylvester Stallone isn’t shy about being a Donald Trump supporter, saying no one could have pulled off what the President-elect did.

While introducing Trump at the America First Policy Institute Gala on Thursday, November 14, Stallone compared him to George Washington, a former US President.

The Rocky star called Trump a “mythical character” while showering praises on him at the event which took place in at Mar-a-Lago in Palm Beach, Florida.

“We are in the presence of a really mythical character. I love mythology. “Nobody in the world could’ve pulled off what he pulled off. So I’m in awe.

“I’ll just say this — and I mean it. When George Washington defended his country, he had no idea that he was going to change the world. Because without him, you could imagine what the world would look like.

“Guess what? We got the second George Washington. Congratulations!”, Stallone said.

Stallone’s recent words will no doubt come as a surprise to many given his statement about Trump in 2016.

The 78-year-old star had stated that he “loves” Trump as a “character,” but wasn’t sure if that translated to “running the world.”
