The 4th annual Trendupp Awards, Africa’s leading award show for influencers and content creators, ended in Lagos on July 7th.
Themed “The Force of Influence,” the event celebrated 17 exceptional individuals and brands for their impact on social media.
Hosted by popular influencer Kiekie, the awards acknowledged the creativity and influence of Nigeria’s digital stars.
Winners were chosen from a pool of 102 nominees across 17 categories, judged by a panel of media personalities and thought leaders.
Tiwalola Olanubi, founder of Trendupp Africa, expressed gratitude to all participants and highlighted the platform’s growth.
Originally recognizing Nigerian creators, the awards introduced a new “Force of Influence (International)” category this year, solidifying Trendupp’s position as Africa’s first-ever influencer and content creator awards.
The biggest honours, “Force of Influence (Nigeria)” and “Force of Influence (International),” went to Kiekie and Endurance Grand (Ghana) respectively, recognizing their immense influence from March 2023 to March 2024.
