Nigerian singer and rapper, Naira Marley, has broken his silence following the untimely passing of Mohbad on Tuesday. Mohbad’s demise, shrouded in controversy, led to his burial in Ikorodu, Lagos State, on Wednesday.
Taking to his Instagram account on Friday, Naira Marley expressed profound sorrow over Mohbad’s tragic death and acknowledged that Mohbad would be deeply missed. The Marlian Record label head also made it clear that despite their past disagreements, he never harbored any ill wishes toward Mohbad.
In his statement, Naira Marley extended his condolences to Mohbad’s family and called for a thorough investigation into the circumstances surrounding the 27-year-old artist’s passing.
