The President of the Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU), Emmanuel Osodeke says the federal government should have used the recovered $23 million Abacha loot to meet the union’s demands.
Mr. Osodeke believes such an ‘unexpected’ fund ought to have been allocated to resolve the crisis in the sector if the government loves education.
