Barcelona’s 4-2 defeat to Girona, means Real Madrid have been confirmed champions of Spain on Saturday.
Andreas Christensen opened the scoring for Xavi’s men, but Artem Dovbyk levelled only one minute later.
But Barca went into the break 2-1 up, thanks to Robert Lewandowski’s penalty.
However, a quickfire double from Porto and Migue Gutierrez put Girona 3-2 up, before Portu added a second.
Earlier in the day, Real had defeated Cadiz 3-0 at home.
Brahim Diaz, Jude Bellingham and Joselu all scored for Los Blancos.
These results means Real now have 87 points after 34 fixtures and cannot be caught by Barcelona, who have dropped into third place with 73 points.
There are four matches left in LaLiga this campaign.
