The Edo born astute politician therefore, advised Chairmen of local government councils across the country not to see the Court decision as a “Greek Gift” for looting but an avenue to put in intensive developmental zeal which will result in people oriented projects.
Okundaye, who is also the LP’s National Coordinator of Patriotic Members Congress, warned that the judgement should be an open avenue to streamline the running of the local government administration in the country so that what is supposed to be a blessing should not turn to cause owing to poor management.
Suggesting ways for effective implementation of the supreme Court ruling which would be beneficial to the people in the grassroots, the Edo born labour party bigwig said that the beneficial local government councils Chairmen should have clear vision, focus and commitment towards their people.
