<p class="wordsection1" style="margin-left:40.0px"><span>Lab Technician is responsible for performing testing of sample in day-today operation, including ensuring safe working environment with zero accidents and also ensure contractors adhere to established standard maintenance procedures and JLA (Job Loss Analysis).<span class="Style10">Ensure Product Integrity and Controls compliance with company policies, guidelines, and framework</span><br>
Candidate must be willing to work in any shifts .1st & 2nd shift person will be on rotation.</span></p>

<p style="margin-left:40.0px"><span class="Style10">Perform QC analysis of products and raw material samples according to ExxonMobil Process and Standard, ASTM, and other approved test methods.</span></p>
</li>

<p style="margin-left:40.0px"><span class="Style10">Update test data into the QALIMS for generation of reports and batch release.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="text-align:justify">
<p style="margin-left:40.0px"><span class="Style10">Inspect Certificate of Analysis (COA) for incoming raw materials.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="text-align:justify">
<p style="margin-left:40.0px"><span class="Style10">Ensure that established test methods and equipment operating procedures are followed.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="text-align:justify">
<p style="margin-left:40.0px"><span class="Style10">Ensure that all testing raw data and results are recorded in a timely manner and in conformance to DIAF requirements.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="text-align:justify">
<p style="margin-left:40.0px">Ensure the raw data & records are retained in the respective files according to established document retentions guidelines.</p>
</li>
<li style="text-align:justify">
<p style="margin-left:40.0px"><span class="Style10">Communicate with manufacturing staff in routine operations and provide quality control support to the blending, filling, and bulk receipt operations. E.g., flushing and service change advice, correction of off-spec blends etc.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="text-align:justify">
<p style="margin-left:40.0px"><span class="Style10">Verify that laboratory equipment is in working condition, informing Chemist or M&C Coordinator of non-functional or out-of-control equipment.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="text-align:justify">
<p style="margin-left:40.0px"><span class="Style10">Assist in troubleshooting of instruments in out-of-control situations. </span></p>
</li>
<li style="text-align:justify">
<p style="margin-left:40.0px"><span class="Style10">Ensure effective hand-over of responsibility to in-coming shift.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="text-align:justify">
<p style="margin-left:40.0px"><span class="Style10">Assist Chemist/PIA in investigating manufacturing and product quality issues e.g., conducting hand blends and testing activities.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="text-align:justify">
<p style="margin-left:40.0px"><span class="Style10">Participate in Brand Approval support role and testing of samples from Zone affiliates. This includes performing lab blends for new product formulations, changes to formulations and investigative work.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="text-align:justify">
<p style="margin-left:40.0px"><span class="Style10">Cover duties of other laboratory technicians during absences and provide support for overtime work outside of normal working hours.</span></p>
</li>
<li style="text-align:justify">
<p style="margin-left:40.0px"><span class="Style10">Assist in updating of test methods and instrument operating procedures.</span></p>

<li style="text-align:justify">
<p style="margin-left:40.0px"><span class="Style10">Perform or coordinate equipment calibration and maintenance activities according to plan and test method requirements.</span></p>

<p>Diploma in Chemical Process Technology or Bachelors/Masters in Chemistry.</p>
