Emmerdale sees Ruby discover the truth, Marlon faces reality and Rhona is betrayed
Emmerdale spoilers reveal all about Ruby’s harsh truth and also show Marlon isn’t coping well with April still missing. Marlon struggles to come to terms with the idea that April might be dead and suffers a bad dream which shakes him up. He tries to hide his struggles, but later him and Rona confide in each other for support. Vanessa shows Rhona the latest on the Hotten Courier website. Rhona discovers that someone has betrayed her by bringing up her past to make her seem responsible for April’s death.
Later, Marlon searches the streets of Leeds to look for his missing daughter, whilst a paranoid Rhona wants to know who is responsible for betraying her to the press. Marlon bumps into Ross while on the search for April, who tries to raise his spirits. However, Marlon comes to the realisation that April is just one of hundreds of thousands of missing people.
Joe is keen to get closer to Noah, so offers him VIP tickets to a Leeds match. This frustrates Charity, who asks Ross to intervene. Soon after, Ross’ mingling was a success, leaving Noah disheartened that Joe has cancelled.
Elsewhere, an anxious Ruby returns home with what she has been waiting for, the DNA test results. She finds it difficult to come to terms with opening the envelope. Feeling overwhelmed, Ruby turns to Chas to ask for some advice, who tries to reassure her that Caleb won’t turn his back on Steph, even if the test results prove the worst.
However, Ruby decides it’s better to destroy the results without finding out the truth. But before she gets the chance to, she returns home to find Caleb holding the results in his hands. Elsewhere, Moira prepares for radiotherapy, and is touched by a guilt-ridden Cain who is keen to support her.
