Incoming Rangers Signing Still Waiting For Work Permit

Mohamed Diomande is still waiting to sort out his visa before he can travel to Glasgow to complete his move to Rangers, according to Sky Sports News.

 

The 22-year-old midfielder is on the cusp of completing a permanent move to the Glasgow giants in the ongoing winter transfer window.

 

Rangers have a deal in place with Danish outfit Nordsjaelland for the signature of the Ivorian midfielder this month.

 

 

 

The Glasgow giants have agreed to pay a fee of €5m to the Danish outfit and are now waiting to get the signing over the line.

 

It has been claimed that the midfielder is yet to secure the work permit needed to work in Scotland.

 

 

He is still waiting to sort out that bit of paperwork before he travels to Glasgow to complete the transfer.

 

Rangers will hope to put Diomande through a medical soon and get him to sign a long-term contract with the club.

 

 

Diomande has featured 111 times for Nordsjaelland and has scored 13 times and laid on 14 assists.
