Social media activist Very Dark Man has reacted to criticisms for calling out certain celebrities who donated millions to famous crossdresser Bobrisky while in prison.
It is no longer news that the crossdresser was arrested over naira abuse and was sent to jail for six months. The crossdresser was released from prison on August 5, 2024, and in an Instagram post, Bobrisky penned a heartfelt note to those celebrities who donated money to him. He appreciated Don Jazzy, Eniola Ajao, Victor Osimhen, Funke Akindele, Sotayo Gaga, Tonto Dikeh, Biodun Okeowo and more for contributing millions of naira to him.
Reacting to it in a series of posts on his Instagram story, Very Dark Man slammed them as he noted how they can’t help build boreholes for communities without clean water or send children to schools. He questioned if they were sleeping with the crossdresser or if he was pimping them to top politicians.
Now reacting to those chastising him for calling them out, VDM made them know that he wasn’t seeking validation from anyone as he questioned the essence of celebrity friendship.
He noted how there is no penalty for insult as he told the celebrities to take him to court if they were offended by his remarks.
“Alaye fuck everybody oo. I no need anybody’s validation o. Who celebrity friendship help? What validation do I need?
There is no penalty for insult. If I call them mumu they should go to Court, they are all mumu all of them and this is my opinion. Peace and love. Ratel says Aluta continua”.
Recall that in the past months, VDM has gained fame for his outspokenness on issues in the country, bent on controversial and, at times, hurtful statements. He has called out quite several people and businesses, over fraudulent activities. From celebrities to pastors and influencers, no one is saved from VDM’s hands.
A day back, Very Dark Man had bragged about ending the reign of a popular anonymous blog, Gistlover. He stated that it should be known that he finished the blog and finally chased them away, as he boasted that God backs him and has never met his Waterloo.
Weeks back, he had promised to call out any influencer that scams anyone of their hard-earned money. He noted how influencers are paid huge sums to promote fake things that their trusting fans end up losing money to, and they go about their life like nothing happened.
To the general public, VDM advised against trusting them fully, stating that influencers shouldn’t be trusted because they only look out for themselves.
