Nollywood actress Bisola Badmus has opened up on her 3-year battle with a brain tumor.
In an emotional video with her colleague, Kunle Afod, she revealed that for the past three years, she has been battling a brain tumor, and it got to a stage where she couldn’t see or recognize anyone. Bisola, however, said she has been using drugs and her condition is improving.
“For the past three years, I have been battling a brain tumor. It got to a stage where I couldn’t say anything or recognize anyone. I have been using drugs and I am getting better. They said there is no operation for it and I have been using drugs for the past two years. The drugs aren’t what can be stopped.
What causes brain tumors is too much thinking”.
The video has since aroused emotions with many praying for her.

Recall that while marking her birthday in December 2023, the baby mama of Fuji singer Kwam1 revealed that she was battling Encephalopathy. In her lengthy birthday note, she stated that she couldn’t wish her enemy such an illness as it was a tough one. She noted how she also lost her mother the same year, making life even harder for her. Bisola stated all these led to her absence from social media for a while.
Refreshing your memory, in January of last year, Badmus had lost her mother.
In March, she marked her mother’s 40 days remembrance, revealing that it had been the most painful for her and her siblings, but they have no one to question.
Her mother’s death came two years after the death of her brother. The Yoruba actress announcing his demise in a post on her Instagram said he had left the sinful, though, she didn’t disclose the cause of his death.
