Right now, we’re looking for a sociable and energetic Human Resources Managers to join our Nigeria office. The role will start as a work-from-home position before moving to the office later on.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure the smooth operation of the hiring process.
- Facilitate the onboarding process for new employees.
- Conduct interviews professionally and efficiently.
- Search for candidates (both by cold search and by applications).
- Conduct the 360-degree hiring process.
- Maintain proper communication with other departments regarding the hiring processes.
- Post vacancies in social-media and job-sites.
Requirements:
- Conversational proficiency in languages ranging from B2 to C2 is advantageous.
- Minimum 6 months of experience in the HR field.
