Genuinely curious how people have overcome feeling a sense of jealousy (beyond natural, small instances) and anxiety in relationships. Journalling? Communication? Therapy?

You gotta be honest with yourself and your flaws. If your not you will destroy several relationships until you learn. I knew someone like this. Good luck.
It depends. Some people deal with it by learning how to communicate and listen more. Others learn to not let it consume them.
I don’t think there is a way to deal with it without talking to someone you trust.
