Will Aggrieved Political Parties Get Justice in Court

We have all seen the outcome of Presidential election conducted on 25th February and we have seen that other parties are aggrieved with the ruling party and INEC over the election malpractices. INEC and FG asked the aggrieved parties to seek redress in court. But based on the history of presidential election taken to court in this country, no one has ever won a case like that before. So, do you think the aggrieved parties this time around will get justice in court?
