Where Are Subsidy Removal Savings?

I need to ask this question because what the government made us to believe when subsidy was removed is that the country will be able to save money which will be used to develop the country and ameliorate the suffering of the masses, but its now six months after, the masses of this suffering are still suffering more than before this government came in.
