Urgent advice needed on how to handle this situation

My little nephew always complain to us that his class teacher is always eating the food that is meant for him to eat during break period, it sounds funny but the complain is now getting serious.
My questions are:
1) how can we approach the class teacher?
2) won't the class teacher get offended and then transfer the aggression to my little nephew in class?

You don't have to approach the class teacher. Just report to the principal. If it is a private school you can report directly to the proprietor/proprietress.

Hmm... i think reporting to the principal or proprietor will be too fast and might make the teacher to loose his/her job
If you can just visit the school, just pretend as if you don't know what is going on, complain to the teacher that your nephew is always complaining that someone use to eat his lunch. If this does not work out and your nephew is still complaining, then go ahead and report to the school authorities.
