I personally think what the government need o do right now is to start offering monthly benefits to citizens as its done in some western countries. After all we have the money, what do you think?

Such a noble program cannot work in Nigeria because we have no database of the real Nigerians. If embarked on, citizens of neighbouring nations will pop in and catapult the cost. Besides the fact that it could be politicised.
