With the controversial stuffs happening around the president (s)elect, should he be sworn in on the 29th May?

The court is the only body that can stop him from being sworn in on May 29th.

Yes,
As things stands now, he is still the president elect. That means by the Nigeria constitution he is eligible to be sworn. However, there is still a pending case in the court but that will not affect his sworing on the 29th of May.
