Nigeria cabals

We have been hearing about some set of individuals or groups of people controlling the political affairs of Nigeria. They are said to be behind any who is going to be the president and that the president must do their biddings. They are called 'cabals'. My question is who are these cabals? Are they only from the north or do they scatter all over the country? Are they retired military or wealthy businessmen?

Cabals are mostly northerners. They are the one supporting Tinubu because they know they will be in charge if he wins

Late Abba Kyari was the known cabal before he died.
@lofatech, the present cabals are not supporting Tinubu atall, they fought him during that APC Presidential primaries but didn’t succeed and are secretly supporting Atiku.
