Is Women’s breast still a private part?

In view of what women have turned breast to and how they are now openly displaying breast on social media, in parties and even in public in Nigeria and globally, i can't but ask this question: 'Is breast still a private part'? There was a video of an American woman walking round the street wearing nothing but only pant and giving her breast for men to suck openly in public. I doubt whether breast is still a private part. Whtas your opinion though?

You are very correct op, breast today is fast losing its status as a private part, i think it should be unlisted as one of women's private part

Absolutely right, breast openly displayed on SM and parties even on the street, its becoming no more private.

You said it all op, i think today's womens breast should be disregarded as a private part, it wasn't like this in the days of our mothers. This generation of women have messed up breast.
