We all witnessed election as conducted yesterday. We saw how voters were disenfranchised, we saw how thugs invaded polling units and carted away ballot boxes, we saw how some agents were thumb-printing for a particular party. We saw how voters were attacked. Please, let us rate this election conducted in percentage.
