How Can Nigerian Government Stop ”Japa” Syndrome

A niece of mine who is a Nurse just called me few days ago to tell me that she is now in Saudi, i asked why and she related she has got a job there and while speaking further she made me know that 34 of them that are Nurses were moved by recruitment agency to Saudi the same day and accomodation and jobs given to them in various hospitals in Saudi. I was just thinking that if 34 were moved the same day, how many will moved in a month, in a year and recently i read the news about Nigerian medical personnels leaving the country. Its just as if Nigeria will face  a serious brain drain very soon, although people have been moving out of the country for many years but the rate is rapidly soaring in recent time. Nigerian government has to do something about it, i think.
