Please what is the best age for a child to complete his/her primary school education?

9 -10 years is okay, if the child stays in primary school morethan that age, i wonder what him/her is doing there.
I don’t think this is correct. Before now, the least age a child can enter primary school was 6 years so that by 12 years he would graduate and by 17 years he will be leaving secondary school a mature teenager but now that children are leaving primary school at the age of 9 they leave secondary at 15 years ended up knowing nothing and misbehaving when they enter the higher institution. I think any age betwen 11-12 will be better.
