The marriage of comedian and actor, Ayo Makun better known as AY to interior designer, Mabel Makun has been alleged to have crashed.
Anonymous Instagram blog, Gistlover alleged that the couple’s marriage hit the rocks due to AY’s constant infidelity which has left Mabel treating several infections. The blog reminded people how it wrote a post in the past about Mabel catching Ayo Makun with BBN girls, which led her to pack out of the house, however, they reconciled and debunked the reports.
Now, the couple’s marriage is on the rock for a second time. Gistlover revealed that things turned sour for the couple after AY lost his Lagos mansion to a fire outbreak. Mabel was using her own money to find the family just to ease AY’s stress but rather than stick to his wife at such a time, he was running after girls, from BBN girls to Lekki girls and his colleagues.
Mabel later came clean to a family member, whom she confided in about the constant infections she had been treating. Surprisingly, AY denied giving his wife an infection which blew things up and also left AY beating Mabel. This left Mabel no choice but to pack out of the house and while family members are trying to reconcile the couple, Mabel has allegedly moved on to a younger man in Ikoyi.

The sad news has left fans and lovers of the couple in tears as they took to comment section to cry over their failed marriage.
Kemi Filani reported earlier this year that all doesn’t seem too well between AY and his beautiful wife, Mabel Makun, as the interior designer had hinted at a marital crisis with the cryptic posts she posted online, crying out over threats to life.
In a follow-up post, Mabel revealed that she has been abused mentally and all around for way too long, and has had enough of it.
Kemi Filani dug further into it and noticed that Ayo Makun and his wife had briefly unfollowed each other on Instagram.
For Mabel’s birthday on March 30th, Ayo Makun had penned an unromantic message to her. The actor cum comedian, gave a shout-out to Mabel, tagging her as the mother of his lovely kids. Unlike his previous birthday posts, where he always wrote sweet words for her, this birthday message was without any romantic words.
